Mazwi Tunyiswa is Chief Restructuring Officer and Group Chief Executive Officer of InstaToll Africa (Pty) Ltd, a leading provider of tolling and road infrastructure solutions across the continent, a role he has held since 2019 alongside oversight of InstaToll Zimbabwe since 2020. He also serves as Executive Chairman of Mabentu Trade and Consulting (Pty) Ltd, where he identifies and executes investment opportunities in the infrastructure space.

Before moving into tolling, Mazwi spent over a decade at South Africa's Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), where he led strategic business development across transport, energy and infrastructure sectors, including the development of Energy generation and distribution infrastructure and localisation of major state-owned enterprise capital projects in rail and electricity. This grounding in large-scale infrastructure financing and public-private stakeholder engagement, including work with Ministers and Deputy Director-Generals, now informs his leadership of InstaToll's investment strategy and capital raising for road tolling projects across Africa.

Mazwi holds an MBA and a Master's in Engineering (Electrical Communications), along with degrees in Physics and Applied Mathematics. He is a member of the Institute of Directors of South Africa.
